Day 2/250

November 26, 2019 2/250 Today I was on a vacation day from work. I have a few to use up before the year is over. I did a workout at Orangetheory fitness. I love those classes. It was my third one. I have also decided to join a New Year Fitness challenge at our local rec complex for some motivation. Tonight I did a walk on the treadmill for an hour. I ate pretty well today but strayed from paleo with a fudgesicle and 1/2 an organic poptart after supper. This after noon I had some alone time and I sad and read and enjoyed 2 glasses of wine. Back to work tomorrow.

Day 1/250

November 25, 2019 1/250 Today was my official start day. Here is the official weigh in 😖 I did a pretty good job with eating today. I have vowed so far not track specifically as it makes me binge and feel deprived. I would 100% rather work it off. I am trying to eat less bad carbs and more paleoish. I did have 3 wine today as I am on vacation from work. Wine is for sure my weakness. I walked outside in the beautiful brisk -9 morning with my neighbour and walked for an hour and a half on the treadmill at night. I took a video for a good body comp picture to see how I look strong as I go.

Canadian Death Race - Near Death Marathon

I have decided to run the Near Death Race in Grande Cache Alberta in August of 2019. This is my home town where I was raised. I want to document my training..hopefully weight loss.. and thoughts for the next 8 months. canadiandeathrace.com
